At Nirvanae, we believe in intentionality, safety, and dignity in all forms of connection. These guidelines help us foster a respectful and emotionally intelligent community, powered by empathy, guided by Marc AI, and grounded in our shared values.

1. Lead with Respect

Treat every user like a full human being — not a profile. Speak with kindness, curiosity, and consent.

  • No harassment, hate speech, or personal attacks
  • No discrimination based on gender, sexuality, ethnicity, faith, or disability
  • No spamming, stalking, or manipulation

    • 2. Consent Is Non-Negotiable

    Whether it’s pursuing a match or starting a conversation, consent is foundational.

  • Do not pressure others for emotional, romantic, or sexual responses
  • Respect boundaries and take “no” as a full sentence
  • Report anyone who violates your sense of safety

    • 3. Be Honest, Not Harmful

    Nirvanae is a space for real stories and self-discovery.

  • Use accurate photos and truthful descriptions
  • Don’t impersonate, catfish, or present false information
  • Avoid content that glamorizes harm or trauma

    • 4. Protect the Space

    We all co-create this community.

  • Flag harmful behavior — silence enables harm
  • Use the app’s features responsibly (reporting, pursue, block)
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse Marc AI

    • 5. Respect Emotional Energy

    This isn’t a marketplace for attention. It’s a garden for real connection.

  • Don’t ghost after deep emotional sharing
  • Don’t love-bomb to manipulate someone’s trust
  • Take time to reflect before reacting — Marc can help

    • 6. Zero Tolerance for Abuse

    We will remove any user who:

  • Sends threats, explicit content without consent, or coercive messages
  • Tries to manipulate Marc AI to produce inappropriate outputs
  • Exploits others emotionally, sexually, financially, or psychologically

    • 7. Safety Comes First

  • If someone makes you feel unsafe, block and report them immediately
  • If you are in crisis, we encourage you to contact professional support
  • Use the in-app tools to control who can contact or pursue you

    • 8. Community Feedback Makes Us Better

    We’re building Nirvanae with you.

  • Suggest improvements and flag AI moments that feel off
  • Let us know if Marc misses context or makes incorrect assumptions
  • Share love stories, soft moments, and things that made you feel seen

    • Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, feature limitations, or permanent removal from the platform.

    Together, we can make Nirvanae more than an app — we can make it a sanctuary.
